Personal coaching

PERSONAL COACHING

You often already know what you want to do differently. Yet the same thing keeps happening.

You may understand yourself quite well. And still you overthink, postpone, adapt, control, carry too much or struggle with boundaries.

Personal coaching helps investigate what keeps the pattern active and where you can practically change something.

Start with your question

You may recognise this

RECURRING PATTERNS

  • You keep thinking when you actually want to act.
  • You say yes when you mean no.
  • You quickly adapt or take on too much responsibility.
  • You keep postponing something that matters.
  • Pressure pushes you into control, defence or avoidance.
  • You understand the pattern, but it still does not change enough.

One concrete situation or recurring pattern is enough to start.

What we do

ONE PATTERN, THREE STEPS

1. Make it visible

We take a real situation. What happens, what triggers it and what do you do next?

2. Investigate

We look at what makes the behaviour logical under those conditions, such as pressure, expectations, assumptions, automatic rules or limited capacity.

3. Test

We choose a small, concrete change and use the outcome as feedback.

Human System Protocol™

HSP AS A WORKING MODEL

I use Human System Protocol™ (HSP) as a framework for looking at behaviour in context.

Not only: “What are you doing?”
But also: “What makes this behaviour keep appearing here and under these conditions?”

You do not need to understand HSP before starting.

Practical

SESSION & FEE

Individual session: 75 minutes — €150 incl. VAT.

You can start with one concrete question. We only agree a follow-up when it appears useful.

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment. If another form of professional support appears more appropriate, I will say so.

Frequently asked questions

SHORT ANSWERS

Do I need to know exactly what my coaching question is?

No. A situation, recurring pattern, decision or something you keep getting stuck on is enough.

Do I need to complete the HSP System Scan first?

No. The scan can provide useful information, but it is not a requirement for coaching.

How many sessions will I need?

That cannot be predicted reliably in advance. Some questions become much clearer in one conversation; others need more time or repetition.

Does something keep coming back?

START WITH YOUR QUESTION

You do not need to fully understand or perfectly explain your situation first. Briefly describe what is happening. We can first determine whether personal coaching is a sensible next step.
