INSIGHTS
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to understand. Sometimes you only notice that something keeps returning: a reaction, conflict, feeling of being stuck, behavior under pressure or a pattern within a team.
The articles on this site use Human System Protocol™ as an underlying perspective, but you do not need to understand the framework first.
Start where you recognise something.
Start with recognition
You do not need to know which HSP topic your question belongs to. Choose what comes closest to what you recognise.
For questions such as: why do I keep doing this, why is insight not enough to change it, and why do I react differently under pressure?
Start with recognition →About triggers, automatic reactions, beliefs, avoidance, self-worth, overload, change and relapse.
Explore personal patterns →About trust, communication, boundaries, responsibility, conflict, impact, repair and relationships that change or end.
Explore relationships →About behavior under pressure, implicit rules, feedback, capacity, management behavior and team dynamics.

HSP is a framework, but the articles do not need to be read like a textbook.
One article may be enough to recognise something. From there, you can continue to a related topic, a practical tool or the underlying model.
Tools and coaching
Reading can make something visible. Some questions only become clearer when applied to a concrete situation.
What happened? What meaning was assigned to it? What pressure was present? Which implicit rule became active? And how much room remained for a different response?
