HUMAN SYSTEM PROTOCOL™
Human System Protocol™ is a coaching framework for examining how behavior develops, why certain patterns keep returning and where change can become possible.
You do not need to learn the framework first. HSP mainly helps you look more precisely at what happens between input, meaning, pressure, capacity, behavior and feedback.
The starting point
Human System Protocol™ is a coaching framework for examining how behavior develops, why patterns keep returning and where change can become possible.
Behavior does not exist in isolation. It develops within a system that continuously processes input, assigns meaning, forms expectations, responds to pressure and works with the capacity available at that moment.
HSP therefore shifts the first question from “What is wrong with this behavior?” to “What makes this behavior understandable or predictable right now?”
The basic route
HSP looks at several layers that together influence which response becomes available and likely.
Under pressure, available choice space may become smaller. Behavior can then become more automatic, protective or familiar, even when you consciously want something different.
