Sessions

Behavior changes when the system can update

Sessions

These sessions help make visible which system dynamics continue to drive behavior and which safe updates can create space for more sustainable behavior.

Not through pressure or forced change, but through observation, regulation, system understanding and new feedback.

A session is not an attempt to force behavior. It is a shared exploration of the system conditions that make behavior logical and of the smallest safe update that can make movement possible.

Coaching and guidance

Do not choose a method first. Start with the question.

Not every question needs the same kind of support. Sometimes it concerns a recurring personal pattern. Sometimes it is about collaboration in a team, support within an organisation or leadership under pressure.

This page is therefore no longer only an overview of individual sessions. Starting from your question, you can choose the context that fits best. HSP remains the underlying map for exploring behaviour, pressure, capacity and recurring patterns.

Personal coaching

For patterns, reactions, boundaries, choices or situations that keep recurring for you, even when you already know rationally what you would like to do differently.

Team coaching

For teams where collaboration, communication, pressure, expectations or recurring interaction patterns need attention.

Coaching within organisations

For confidential individual support for employees and leaders within a work context, online or within the organisation.

Coaching for managers

For leaders who want to see more clearly what their own behaviour, pressure, choices and environment do to themselves and their team.

The form of support follows the question. HSP is the map we use to explore what makes behaviour and collaboration logical under the current conditions.

Also for teams and professional contexts

Work and collaboration

Behaviour does not arise separately from its environment. Workload, roles, expectations, decision-making, safety and capacity can strongly shape behaviour and collaboration.

The team as a system

In team coaching, we do not only look at individual communication, but also at recurring patterns between people, roles, agreements, pressure and feedback.

HSP for IT managers

For IT environments, there is also a specific route around pressure, commitment, meetings, incidents, retrospectives, ownership and capacity.

The central question is not only who should do something differently, but also which conditions keep producing the current behaviour.

Not sure which form of support fits?

Start with your question

You do not need to know in advance whether you need personal coaching, team coaching or support within an organisation.

Briefly describe what is happening, what you have already tried or what you would like clarity on. A few lines are enough to determine which route seems most logical.

Start with your question

You may recognise this

Recognition

For yourself

You understand a pattern, but keep repeating it. Under pressure you respond differently than you want to, or you keep running into the same boundary, choice or tension.

In a team

Good people still get stuck. Conversations repeat, irritation or hesitation grows, agreements change little or capacity disappears into friction.

As a manager or organisation

You want to support people without taking everything over. You want to understand what influences behaviour, what belongs to you and which conditions make change easier or harder.

Recurring behaviour is often easier to understand when you look not only at the person, but also at the conditions in which it occurs.

Where do we begin?

From question to a workable next step

You do not need to formulate your question in HSP terminology. We start with what is actually happening and what you would like to understand, experience or organise differently.

A concrete situation

A conversation, choice, conflict, work moment or recurring situation where something gets stuck.

A recurring pattern

Something you keep seeing arise in yourself, a team or a work environment.

A desired change

A boundary, collaboration, decision, role or way of working that you want to approach differently.

From there, we determine which context, form of support and first step seem appropriate.

How I work

HSP as the underlying map

We do not start with a standard method. We first explore what is happening, what makes the pattern logical and where there is actual room for change.

Human System Protocol™ helps as a map. Depending on the question, we may look at input and environment, meaning, expectations and old rules, activation, capacity, protection, behaviour and feedback.

This can be applied to a personal pattern, leadership, team collaboration or the context in which employees function. From there, we choose a small and workable next step that fits the situation.

Feedback

HSP is not something you need to learn before coaching can begin. It is the way we look beneath behaviour and collaboration.

Look at it yourself first or explore together?

What fits now?

Not every question immediately requires coaching. Sometimes self-observation or a tool is enough to see a pattern more clearly. Sometimes the pattern keeps returning and it helps to explore it together.

Explore it yourself

This fits when you have enough calm, capacity and room to observe, experiment and learn from feedback.

Use the HSP Observation Map →

Explore together

This fits when insight changes little, the situation is more complex, several people are involved or you want an external perspective on what keeps the pattern in place.

What coaching here is not

Clarity

Coaching here is not intended as a system for pushing people into desired behaviour. It is not about forced positivity, imposing motivation, quick labels or making someone fit an environment that does not change itself.

In personal coaching, your question remains central. With teams and organisations, we also look at context, roles, expectations and mutual influence.

Understanding behaviour does not mean that everything is acceptable. It helps make responsibility and room for change more precise.

When other support is more appropriate

Professional boundaries

Coaching and HSP are not therapy, diagnosis or a clinical treatment protocol.

In cases of acute crisis, suicidality, psychosis, severe depression, addiction, medical questions or major psychological dysregulation, appropriate medical or psychological support is more important than coaching.

Within organisations, we also clarify in advance what the coaching question is, who the commissioning party is and what remains confidential.

The form of support should fit the question, the context and the state of the person or team.

Not sure where to begin?

NEXT STEP

You do not need to choose in advance between personal coaching, team coaching, support within an organisation or coaching for managers.

Briefly describe what is happening. We can first look at the question, the context and which next step seems logical. An initial message does not commit you to anything.
