The HSP System Scan helps you explore what may be happening inside a recurring pattern.
While completing the scan, keep one specific situation or pattern in mind. For example: shutting down in a conversation, continuing to overthink, finding it difficult to say no, taking too much responsibility, or responding differently under pressure than you would actually like to.
The scan looks at different parts of the HSP system route, including:
You do not receive a diagnosis, personality type or label.
The result is a working hypothesis: a practical map of where relatively strong influence currently appears in your system and which processes may be combining into a recurring route.
A high score therefore does not mean that something is wrong. It simply means that this part of the system probably has more influence in the situation you had in mind.
The scan can help you see more clearly:
what happens → where your choice space becomes smaller → which response becomes logical → and where learning or change may be able to begin.
